Learn Japanese Vocab: RGB2K

Learn Japanese Vocab: RGB2k is a a Japanese vocabulary typing game based on classic internet games with RTS/Auto-Battler elements.

You as the player send out different types of units based on their color (R for Red, G for Green, etc) all of which perform different tasks on the battlefield. 

Use their upgradable skills to defend the bottom line by typing in the correct vocabulary word, which incorporate Hiragana, Katakana, Kanji, and voice clips.

We attempted to blend the intensity of strategy-based gameplay with language learning to create a unique, interactive way to practice Japanese. The more you play, the better you’ll get, turning each session into a challenge that helps reinforce vocabulary.

We also tried to create a relaxing atmosphere by using retro-themed lo-fi music and satisfying keyboard sounds for a calm yet immersive experience.

However, don't be fooled—there are moments of intense gameplay where your quick thinking and typing skills are put to the test.

We may add vocabulary word add-ons to the base game if players like the concept!
